Adolfus is a small Lacertid genus with only four species. The genus is to be found in Africa.

Adolfus africanus (Boulenger, 1906)

Distribution: Cameroon, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Uganda and Zambia.

Adolfus alleni (Barbour, 1914)

Distribution: Kenya and Uganda.

Adolfus jacksoni (Boulenger, 1899)

Distribution: Burundi, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania and Uganda.

Adolfus vaureselli (Tornier, 1902)

Distribution: Burundi, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Rwanda, Tanzania and Uganda.
